China Tea in Fujian held the 20男街17 Annual Meeting 飛音of Managers and Summar店遠y & Recognition Conference.

From 17 to 18, January, 2018,湖南 China Tea in Fujian held the 2017 Annu遠她al Reporting and Apprais湖錯al Meeting of Managers w鄉算ith the theme of "Challenging new heigh話文ts without limits and restarting a海短fter adjustment". The manageme行文nt team, assista劇從nts and above from all空船 departments, processing factori劇慢es, and base comp看鐘anies attended the me的雜eting.


The meeting was started by G要飛eneral Manager We門睡i Saiming, who pointe通書d out that with th用弟e joint efforts of all manag用問ers and staff, the 紙相company’s scale and efficien員麗cy hit a new record high respec呢生tively in 2017 and 2016, and wel遠少l completed the object了通ives of the first year for the pu房行rpose "doubling in three year訊機s"! Happiness is achieved through h這黑ard work. However, achievements c視靜an only represent the past. In 2018, we呢放 should re-start to face more sever員去e challenges as required by COFCO a區吧nd China Tea Gro水爸up. Mr. Wei also hoped that all船間 managers can consolidate 區錢their successful experience via summar北火y and reflection商鐵, find out the existing deficien筆廠cies, rearrange their thinkin商吧g, and formulate the next 房和goal and action plan.


On the meeting, a total of 38 m做路anagers respectively reported their 愛兵main work done in 2017, ex雪體isting problems and their counte拿謝rmeasures, and main working plan for 西子2018. The person-in-char舊她ge of each division acknowledged t身場heir work done in 2017, and put forwa月慢rd targeted workin銀你g suggestions and req中做uirements for managers.


By the closing of the meet我很ing, General Manager 見到Wei pointed out that 2017 wa器北s a year of hard work and a美關 year of bumper harvest. Althoug歌民h there were sti紅媽ll some shortco是學mings, we will 時北be able to set out again in a bett錯自er attitude and challenge the new低木 high again as long議跳 as we can directl暗城y face and rectify 吧視them. Mr. Wei also raised 雜電the following five requirements: Fi弟去rstly, we should c上好arry out all work in accordanc長和e with the rules and regulations,坐姐 and every department and能地 each employee should control var年海ious risks. Secondly, we should make 分輛clear the Company's 2018 b司如udget target of operation 裡哥scale of RMB 400 million and 弟和make great efforts 麗玩for it. Thirdly, we sh現男ould do a good job in the tr靜美aining and introducti醫費on of talents, cultivate subordin女音ates, and establish a more perf花妹ect salary manag錢妹ement system and incentive me了土chanism for talents. F書輛ourthly, we sho件飛uld stand at the overall height of Chi志笑na Tea, realize綠頻 internal and external, 又問upstream and downstream 小放cooperation, clarify可家 the division of labor, and promo化店te the development of對東 the company. On the afternoon of January 19, 大計2017, China Tea in Fu可土jian held the 2017 Annual Work 西話Summary and Recognition 筆藍Meeting.


On the meeting, Chen Jinchun,火和 Deputy General Manager, comprehens草火ively and briefly analyzed t還歌he Company’s operation, main work and 農山countermeasures t身農o problems existing in 2017, as都民 well as and the decom了音position of budget indexes and key wor廠老k arrangement in 2018, in the我爸 form of chart, picture, figure and 線民others.


By the closing山錢 of the meeting, Mr. 舞服Wei pointed out th國科at China Tea in Fujian hit a 店筆new high in 2017, breaking through the習東 operating scale of RMB 320到鄉 million and increasing the e懂店fficiency by 159%, and such ach自頻ievement was recognized highly 和要by the Party Committe化黃e of China Tea. This is the res媽土ult of, hard struggle, overcoming拍愛 difficulty, synergistic collabo醫現ration, and joint efforts of all sta話海ff. In the coming new year, we w自微ill unswervingly strive to achieve the 做師goal of "doubling in 3 years and和員 quadrupling in 5 years" of Chi近姐na Tea under the overal書身l layout of "integration" and "a board 裡木of chess".


At the meeting, General Manager Wei 紙村Saiming issued certificates to those 睡火who were rated as th公店e Advanced Group, Excellent Manager光爸 and Advanced Employees in 2017.厭用


Those employees with more than 30 year做行s’ experience of working in the 河工Company were also presented 北快souvenirs at th刀開e meeting.
