From 17 to 18, January, 2018, China Te為喝a in Fujian held the土亮 2017 Annual Reporting and睡章 Appraisal Meet吧秒ing of Managers with t信費he theme of "Challenging區照 new heights without limits and 呢又restarting after a樂老djustment". The meeting was started by Gener現門al Manager Wei Saiming, who pointed ou大哥t that with the joint efforts of al樹間l managers and staff, t雨雨he company’s scale and 水街efficiency hit a new record high re間要spectively in 2017 and 2玩玩016, and well completed the o信自bjectives of the first year for the p媽歌urpose "doublin數麗g in three years"! Happ可暗iness is achieved through ha紅地rd work. However, achievements靜計 can only repres新不ent the past. In 20哥草18, we should r影森e-start to face more severe ch坐離allenges as required by COFCO and Chi拍高na Tea Group. Mr. Wei also hoped that信志 all managers can consolida紙師te their succes風做sful experience v子南ia summary and re關快flection, find out the existing de相鐘ficiencies, rearrange thei算遠r thinking, and formul上少ate the next goa得區l and action plan.

On the meeting, a total水吧 of 38 managers respectiv訊校ely reported their main work do綠短ne in 2017, existi藍說ng problems and 什不their countermeas公內ures, and main working plan for 2018.視哥 The person-in-charge of each divisi風路on acknowledged their work業畫 done in 2017, and put forwar哥匠d targeted working suggest訊車ions and requirements for mana去間gers.

By the closing of the meetin睡大g, General Manage這吃r Wei pointed ou錢也t that 2017 was a yea化書r of hard work and a y快冷ear of bumper harvest. Although there w章藍ere still some shortcomings,門器 we will be able to set out again in a 子南better attitude a還信nd challenge the new high again 頻什as long as we can directl草鐵y face and rectify them. Mr. Wei also r些厭aised the follo為河wing five requirements: Firstly, we sh黑銀ould carry out all wor低愛k in accordance with男著 the rules and regulations, and ever謝低y department an到厭d each employee should control v藍討arious risks. Secondly, w爸她e should make clear the Company's商暗 2018 budget target of operation s房還cale of RMB 400 術去million and make great ef筆費forts for it. Thirdly, we should do 藍哥a good job in the trai火也ning and introduction of ta店微lents, cultivate s飛問ubordinates, and establish 請照a more perfect sal土樂ary management system and incentive 了外mechanism for talents. Fo學術urthly, we should 美著stand at the overall 信厭height of China Tea, realize i器現nternal and exte要體rnal, upstream and down師大stream cooperation船音, clarify the d舊離ivision of labor, and promote the玩森 development of the company. On the meeting, Chen員風 Jinchun, Deputy General Manager, co多妹mprehensively and briefly analyz電大ed the Company’s op和照eration, main work and counterme頻窗asures to problems校話 existing in 2017, as well as and t銀窗he decomposition o厭也f budget indexes and key work arrange很山ment in 2018, i但機n the form of chart, picture, figur但頻e and others.

By the closing of the me子技eting, Mr. Wei pointed out t鄉錯hat China Tea in Fujian hit a刀弟 new high in 2017, breaking throu車舊gh the operating scale of RMB 320 milli話你on and increasing the ef麗計ficiency by 159%, and suc慢開h achievement was城匠 recognized highly by the Party Committ又議ee of China Tea. This is the re兵現sult of, hard struggle, 短看overcoming difficulty, synergistic coll自答aboration, and joint effor間拿ts of all staff. At the meeting, Genera又子l Manager Wei Saiming issued certificat火林es to those who were rated as the Adv到些anced Group, Excellent Mana北藍ger and Advanced Employees in 2017.
